Gleaners, Dreams and Greens fi lls the absence of ‘aşefçi’ women at the bazaar named after them with a polyphonic whisper choir. Hevsel Gardens where ‘aşefçi’s used to pick herbs shed light on the history of the marketplace became invisible in time.
