Lonely and eccentric resident of panel building, who keeps eye on order in stairwell, stumbles upon wrongly placed missing cat poster for cat named Bubbles. He decides to tear it down, but poster reappears again and again. This struggle against disorder becomes his routine, until one day poster disappears.
