Overview

On October 26, 2012, red dust covers the Limoilou neighborhood in Quebec City, where Véronique Lalande and her husband Louis Duchesne live with their one-year-old son. Iron oxide, nickel, zinc, arsenic, and other heavy metals fall on the neighborhood near the Port of Quebec, where the multinational company Stevedoring transports the largest amount of nickel in North America.
