Stephen Broussard

Stephen Broussard

Biography

Stephen Broussard is an American film producer and a Vice President of Production and Development at Marvel Studios. He is a member of the Marvel Studios Parliament. Broussard previously served as Vice President of Production & Development at the studio. Before his ascent at Marvel, Broussard gained valuable experience working as an assistant to prominent industry figures. His early career included support roles under Kevin Feige on projects such as 20th Century Fox's Fantastic Four (2005) and X-Men: The Last Stand (2006), as well as Sony Pictures' Spider-Man 3 (2007), and working with Ari Arad on Sony Pictures's Ghost Rider (2007). He began his Marvel journey as an associate producer on The Incredible Hulk (2008), where he also made a brief on-screen appearance as the “Handsome Soldier.” He also co-produced Captain America: The First Avenger (2011). As his responsibilities expanded, Broussard took on executive producer duties for high-profile titles like Iron Man 3 (2013), Doctor Strange (2016), and produced Ant-Man and the Wasp (2018). He produced Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania (2023), and his role extended into Marvel’s streaming initiatives as he served as executive producer on the Disney+ series Loki (2021) and the Disney+ special presentation Werewolf by Night (2022), as well as the series Echo (2024) and Wonder Man (2026). He has also appeared in several of Marvel’s behind-the-scenes documentaries—such as Expanding the Universe and various Assembled episodes. In addition to his production work on feature films, Broussard was recognised early in his career by the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Foundation. He and collaborator Dennis Hauck shared Second Place in the Comedy category for the entry titled The Plunge (2003) at the Foundation’s College Television Awards in 2004. His films have collectively earned over US $1.8 billion worldwide.
