Alexandre Millet is a Visual Effects Supervisor at Digital Domain with more than 17 years of experience in the feature film industry, where he has served in a variety of key roles, including DFX Supervisor, Look Development Department Supervisor, Sequence Supervisor, CG Supervisor, and Lighting Artist, among others. Over the course of his career, Millet has contributed to multiple high-profile films. Notably, he was the lighting lead in Inception (2010), a lighting technical director in Iron Man 2 (2010), and a look development & lighting lead on X-Men: Days of Future Past (2014). He also served as lighting supervisor and sequence supervisor on Pixels (2015), as CG Supervisor on Beauty and the Beast (2017), and as lighting artist on Jack the Giant Slayer (2013). He worked as a digital effects supervisor on Morbius (2022) and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (2022), and as Associate Visual Effects Supervisor on The Electric State (2025). Alexandre Millet’s work on Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (2022) earned him a nomination for Outstanding Visual Effects at the HPA Awards in 2022. He was also inducted as a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. With over 13 years at Digital Domain, Millet’s talent spans across the whole visual effects pipeline, from creature creation to photorealistic rendering and sequence supervision. His meticulous approach to visual storytelling and technical expertise have contributed to memorable visuals in films such as The Dark Knight Rises (2012) and Shazam! (2019).
