Fernando Pasco Matos was born on May 11, 1964 in Lima, Peru. He is a film, theater and television actor, master of ceremonies & events, commercial announcer, and dubbing, theater teacher and director. He is known for his distinctive constructions of the main characters in the feature films: Structural Amendment (2016) and Cinereous Money (2022).
