N. Veerendra Babu, better known as Veerendra Babu, is a former self-made actor, producer, and director. Additionally, his second wife, Chandrika, filed an FIR regarding dowry cases against Veerendra Babu. Subsequently, in 2013, the parents of his third wife, Parvathi, filed a kidnapping case against him. As of the latest news reports, Parvathi is still missing since 2017. Veerendra Babu launched a new cable channel called 'V News24 Kannada,' formerly known as 'The News24 Kannada.' He appointed former E Sanje newspaper reporter Venkatesh Rajanukunte as CEO, who was arrested by the police in 2015 for a blackmailing case and illegal activities, as reported by the reputable Kannada news channels.
