
Rimma Mishina was born on August 5th, 1934. In 1959, she graduated from the History and Philology Department of the Volgograd Industrial Pedagogical Institute. In 1970, Mishina graduated from the Directing Department of VGIK. From 1958 to 1959, she worked as an announcer for Volgograd Television, and then as a TV director. From 1961 to 2002, Mishina worked at the Central Television in Moscow. She is the creator of the programme "Veselye Notki" (Cheerful Notes).
